Michael Wills: Operations Manager
Michael has been driving farm machinery ever since his arms were long enough to reach a steering wheel. Michael has worked in the UK, Ireland and USA as well as the many seasons in the family contracting business.

Steve Wollen: Stack Management
Steve is in charge of the quality of the finished product. The quality of the silage is often determined by the effort put into the stacking process. Experience and an insistence on quality makes Steve an important part of the process from the farmers’ point of view. Steve has also spent 12 years contracting in the UK.

Arthur Ingram: Transport
Arthur, as the number one truck driver in the crew, means not only does he get to drive the best truck in the fleet, his vast experience of the road transport industry make him a mentor to the up and coming drivers that form part of the silage harvesting team. Road safety and taking care of their vehicles are a high priority for this company.
